How it works

Firstly, we meet you for a no obligation assessment of your requirements. We then provide you with a proposal outlining the service that would meet your needs and your budget. The service will be tailored to meet your requirements and you may be pleasantly surprised at how we would harness your existing resources and adjust your processes so we can interact with your organisation as efficiently as possible and thereby minimise the cost.

We can work on-site or off-site. This can be from a couple of hours a week to a few days a month. When not on-site we are on call so your organisation has acess to the financial expertise equivalent to that enjoyed by large enterprises with full time Finance Directors.

Typically we would meet with the management team on a monthly/quarterly basis, present a set of management reports and provide input into management decisions.

We charge a fixed fee agreed in advance so there are no surprises. The service can be increased, reduced, suspended or terminated at the request of the client.
